Purpose and legal basis. Your first name, surname, email address, and (if you choose to provide it) phone number are processed solely to respond to your request for information about the Quantum Horizons summit, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The optional updates checkbox is a separate consent and is never pre-ticked.
How your data travels. This page sets no tracking cookies. Submitting the form sends your details over an encrypted connection to Intermarium Group's request-handling service, operated on Cloudflare infrastructure, where they are stored securely and trigger an email notification to our team. Your data is retained for no longer than 12 months (see Retention below) and is not shared with third parties beyond the processors named here.
Retention. We keep your request only as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 12 months unless a continuing relationship follows, after which it is deleted.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, by writing to tom@intermarium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
